Vulnerability Scanning

InsecureWeb scans the servers, websites and IP addresses you own for known security flaws: software with published vulnerabilities (CVEs), weak SSL and TLS settings, web server misconfigurations and web application issues. Scan now or daily, weekly or monthly, and see what is new, what is still open and what was fixed.

  • Scheduled or on demand

Run a scan now, or set it daily, weekly or monthly with a start time and the days you want.

  • New, persistent, resolved

Each run compares with the last, so you see what appeared, what stayed and what you fixed.

  • Worst first

Organizations ranked by their worst finding, and flaws grouped by family so patterns stand out.

  • Reports per organization

A PDF vulnerability report for each organization and for each scan run.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add targets

Up to 10 domains or IP addresses per scan, inside an organization or as a standalone scan.

  2. 2

    Set the schedule

Daily, weekly or monthly, or on demand.

  3. 3

    Fix and verify

Work the findings, re-run the scan, and watch them move to resolved.

One snapshot per organization

The overview takes each organization's most recent completed scan — not a running total — and shows the severity split, the organizations with the most findings and the kinds of flaw that keep turning up, such as web application issues, SSL and TLS problems or web server misconfigurations.

  • Severity guidance in plain words, from "patch today" to "housekeeping"
  • A 30-day severity grid per organization, with each day's run one click away
  • Assets found by each scan, marked new, existing or removed

Every finding explained, and how to fix it

Open a vulnerability to see the affected host and operating system, a description, the impact, the solution, how it was detected and the references. With Blue Team AI, the Remediate button builds a fix plan for your environment, with steps to verify the fix.

Questions about Vulnerability Monitoring

What is the difference between vulnerability monitoring and penetration testing?

Vulnerability monitoring checks your hosts for known flaws on a schedule. A penetration test goes further and tries to exploit what it finds to prove the impact. InsecureWeb does both — see AI Penetration Testing.

How many targets can one scan cover?

Up to 10 domains or IP addresses per scan. You can create as many scans as your plan allows.

Is there a free option?

Free accounts can run one standalone on-demand scan. Scheduled scans and vulnerability monitoring on organizations are part of the paid plans.

Can I scan government domains?

Military domains cannot be scanned. Government domains are available only to verified MSP partners on a paid plan.
